Desarrollo en PHP, WP, BP, Groups, Participant DB

Estamos buscando un Desarrollador PHP que será el responsable del diseño, desarrollo e implementación de nuestras aplicaciones web. Trabajo solicitado: 1- Template para Wordpress, BuddyPress, Participant Database plugins, Groups Droplist of user groups ( BP_Has_Groups ) in Template ( SignUp & Record ) User must be logged, member of the group,  SignUp & ?Record access to Admin & Moderators of the groups 2- Add in Pdb single template a delete option if user is Group admin.  user must be logged and List acces to Member of the groups or public groups ?3- Encrypt URL for /single?pdb=2 to something like /single?pdb=1B234D44… where 1B234D… could be a hash of pdb=2, userId and a key “Single” in SuperAdmin user database and single php to revert it 4- Encrypt URL for /record?pid=ABCD to something like /record?pdb=2DE45444… where 2DE45444could be a hash of pid=ABCD, userId and a key “Record” in SuperAdmin user database and record php code to revert it 5- ?Box option to be inserted SignUp & Record template as a SMS tracking option for each Pdb register and additionnal parameters field to be edited from template upon selection: GPS- SMS, GPS-HTML5 Geoposition    6 – GPS- SMS : Shortcode which sends SMS periodically (frecuency of sendind, phone num, variable txt and fixed text associated to a pdb register selected from Single or Record or SignUp template ) SMS answer must be loadad in a JSON / GPX files each associated with the specific register who send the request ( Geoposition, Time, Date, pdbID, Actual URL, groupID & Description, request UserId & Name, Received Txt.. ), 7- GPS - Geoposition: Shortcode to register if device geoposition available HTML5, load Geoposition in the associated register selected from Single, Record or SignUP page and then data ( ( Geoposition, Time, Date, pdbID, actual URL, GroupID & Description, request UserId & Name, Received Txt.. ), must be loadad in a JSON / GPX files each associated with the specific register. 8- Shortcode to include QR bare code of the current URI /URL image of QR which can be selectec & copied ( size and other parameters accesibles for the QR php code ) Wordpress, BuddyPress, Particiapnt Database plugins, Groups..additionnal development needed in HTML5, Android to be defined  Please quote by requirements BR,
