Machined goods Commission-Based Sales Expert Needed

I'm seeking a sales expert with a wide ranging network. We are a small additive machine shop specializing in stainless steel parts. We are growing and want to continue that growth but dont have the resources for a full time sales staff as of yet. I am looking for someone to use their network to gather RFQ's, we'll prepare the quote response return it to you and should the order be accepted by the customer from your network we'll pay a 5% commission. We currently have this arrangement with two individuals and it has worked out quite well for all parties. One of them meets members of their network directly and gathers RFQ' the other works from home researching potential customers, contact them through email/phone and gathers RFQ's. How you choose to accomplish this task, or the amount of time you direct to it will be at your discretion. We'll handle the quoting and fulfillment, you provide the introductions and customer management. Communication between the end customer can be as much or as little as you would like, and any arrangements you make with the customer are between you and them. This could eventually turn into a salary + commission position but being small I can't commit to that at this time.
