Bulk Whois Script Checker

need a script that will query several / many whois servers (we need to identify them and load them) to obtain a result like this: domain country of registrant [login to view URL] US [login to view URL] China [login to view URL] Russia Result file can be .txt .csv, or csv compatible format, separated by tab with hard return. Input file will be a text file listing a domain with a hard return. the queries will be done from a static IP. good if we can get to 100,000 queries a day. but, i don't want to be blocked. so, i am happy to buy a supplemental program like [login to view URL] or other helpful programs like that to run with the app that you build. app can run on a desktop (windows) or from a server (centos). i am open to either depending on how it is built. i can have someone run it from desktop / alternatively, i can include it in my processes if it is written in perl on a centos OS.
