Auction site development

We need an auction site developed wherein people can log in and post their items and then registered users can bid on them. Money transfer using escrow would be needed. Database and operating system is open depending upon the language you can code in. The design is of not much imprtance as we might even provide you the same, what you need to focus on is the programming.
