Website and Knowledge Management Development/Integration

I need help understanding and deploying various knowledgement functions (at least 3 and possibly as many as 7 modules) within a wiki development environment. This functionality should be seamlessly integrated with my current website which is running mysql/php and perl. There are several scripts inlcuding a fairly complicated e-mail script that requires development. Please post any questions you may have. Thank you.
