Forum/Blog Autoposter

I need an executable (one that requires install might work) auto poster program for online forums and blogs. Must work with any forum or blog. would like an option to post in all the cities in the same catagory. if an email addy has been used dont want it to be used that day must look good and work i dont want it to be web based, want it to run from my computer i only want bids from people that are familiar with cragislist
