New Website

I have online store fronts selling a large variety of items. I need a new shopping cart, administrative control panel to view, process and manage orders and a new checkout system to allow customers options for multiple payment gateways. I need an HTML shopping cart that is transportable to multiple websites and can be modified/edited for different products using simple HTML (cgi).. Once shopping cart template is created and functioning, I can copy edit and paste this as needed into my HTML pages for all of my different product offerings. I need an administration page that can access the customer orders (shopping cart contents), search, display and download order detail to excel. I need a checkout system that can offer paypal, google or credit card payments thru a merchant account as options. I need this all set up so that it is transportable to different hosting services and websites.
