567651 Modify Joomla template

I've posted a confirmed Project (copied below) a while ago, which was intended to be a Contest, but has failed due the bad explanation provided from my part. I really do apologise for that. [login to view URL] In order to provide better explanation this time, I am reposting the Project again. The story is that I was looking for an Premium Joomla template and couldn't find anything that can statisfy my needs, so I've decided I will have someone to make the custom template for me (like that is that simple). So, in the meantine I've found a free template that is almost absolutely perfect for my needs, but as it is free and plenty of people is using it, I don't like it anymore. This is the template: [login to view URL] Now I need someone who can modify this template. I need colors to be modified, some traditional Kenyan elements to be added to design, etc. I simply need someone who can change the classic look (make it authentic) and give this template an Kenyan/African spirit. Also, I need some modification's in the modules. I.e. I want side menu with submenus added instead of "Prepare for the traveling", I need every featured hotel to go a seperate page with his gallery and information, remove the search and add an banner in that spot, etc. All details will be given to the winner.
