I'm seeking a personal secretary to assist me with month-long calendar scheduling, as well as managing my daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have beginner level experience, but demonstrate earnest dedication and ability to quickly learn. Key Responsibilities: - Email management - Calendar scheduling - Daily task management Ideal Skills and Experience: - Basic knowledge and experience in secretarial skills such as scheduling and task management - Excellent written and verbal communication - Should have good organizational abilities - Familiarity with online platforms - Ability to prioritize tasks - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Please submit your proposals outlining your experience and skills. As this is a beginner level role, training will be provided as necessary. However, quick learners are appreciated.

Hi There! I have extensive experience as both a scheduler and administration assistant. In my previous role as an Operations Manager for a Home Theatre Company, it was my job to schedule installations with 5 different teams, based on the duration of the installation, clients' availability and the skillset of each installation team. I have previously worked in multiple customer service roles, so I have excellent communication and organisational skills.
