Css help to change website style

Hi! I need someone who knows CSS very well and works with photoshop. I need to change CSS styles from a web page, it's not doing from scratch, it's only changing, so please, don't bid over $50, i need it done in a couple of hours for someone expert it's fast. I'll give ftp acess on choosen bidder to pick files and be able to upate and give psd file also. PS: PSD file that i'm gonna give has the new style layout of home page, so i need only for that page, then i can do for all others, so that's why i only want to spend $50 to change code here and there and for exporting pieces from PSD if needed.
