Wordpress site needs redesign

I have a World of Warcraft related site. It doesn't have the Warcraft look and that's what I'm trying to achieve. It's a 2 column Wordpress site, the Post column and one sidebar. I would like to emulate the look of the official site. Here are the basic requirements: * Site needs 2 background images, visible left and right of the site. * Will have Header image on top of site that spans the width of the browser * Sidebar text must be gold with dark background * Posts column must have Warcraft scroll paper image background. * The overall color scheme will be Black, Gold, Blue, and White. * It will have an overall look such as this (but not nearly as complex): [login to view URL] * All done via css * Site has a ranking algorithm in the loop that I don't want interfered with. I could probably do this in a couple of days, but I suck and have zero artistic talent. I say that because I don't think it will be a difficult job. I want a basic redesign. Thank you for your time. ## Deliverables Though in the area above titled "Bid request Type" it shows that Graphic Design is the kind of work being required, it should also include that the worker needs to know CSS and Wordpress.
