If the effect you want to get is the one done in "Moving Still" I can definitely do that for you. I've done several high end tutorials to help me accomplish the effect you want done. I can probably finish all 15 images in a couple days but put 4-5 days for safety. I will also try and get about 4 of these images done per day and send them to you just to keep you updated and certain the images are coming out well.
