Photoshop Professional Needed

Attached you will find a zip called files.zip. Inside you will find two folders, House and Trailer. Please pick one of the images (front view) of the house and remove the car port and the air conditioning units so that it appears that they are not there. On the [login to view URL] please remove the trailer so that it appears it is not in the image. Do not cut them out, please completely remove them from the image, as if they were invisible. Be sure to leave the solar panels on top of the house. I have also attached two samples where I have attempted to do what I am describing, but my photoshop shills are very poor and I need a professional to do this so it will look perfect. I need a professional, who can make these pictures appear as if those items were never there even under close examination of the images.
