resize some black line drawings, and labels

I need 10 files similar to the one I have uploaded here re-sized and the labels made larger so that they can be read easier. I will provide the size need and verify that the text is large enough on the first file and then we'll repeat the process for other 9. Will probably take less an hour or so.
