Vintage Photo Restoration

We are a business in the US that has the opportunity to do photo restoration. We do not have the staff to do the work so we are looking for a reliable person or persons to complete this work remotely. I have one image to send to the top two candidates to see the quality of their work. We would pay for the test to the person that does the best job.
