Ajax Data Crawling

I am trying to crawl some data from public real estate websites that have ajax and some other small restrictions. The main objective is to gather data from 10-12 websites and then enter the data on a data sheet to perform property valuations. This data sheet will be able to sort, select and average property data. This stages will be to enter multiple property address at one time and have the software collect the online data for each property sheet. Phase two will be taking the data and processing the data from the websites and converting it to a .pdf document that can be emailed out individually and then each email tracked for being received, opened and responded to. The current obstacle is Ajax and you must be able to convert the data over to text to be added to a database. If you can not crack the Ajax aspect of this project, please do not bid it. I will expect an explanation of how you will design the software and give me a rough working model before first milestone payment will be released.
