Myspace App Iframe request

Needed to have a friend invite added to myspace iframe app. I am looking to have a clickable link that wil produce the following results. Must be able to pull friends list that doesn't have app using myspace API REST PHP, then create a click able list in JavaScript box for selecting up to 10 friends and be able to send app invites to selected friends. Must work in an iframe - bidder must have Myspace app experience
