15156 pdo mysql installation

Hello, I tried installing pdo mysql using the command pecl install pdo but I gott his error: [~]# pear install pecl/pdo downloading [login to view URL] ... Starting to download [login to view URL] (52,613 bytes) .............done: 52,613 bytes 12 source files, building running: phpize Configuring for: PHP Api Version: 20041225 Zend Module Api No: 20050922 Zend Extension Api No: 220051025 /usr/local/bin/phpize: /tmp/tmpVr5p32/PDO-1.0.3/build/shtool: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied Cannot find autoconf. Please check your autoconf installation and the $PHP_AUTOCONF environment variable is set correctly and then rerun this script. I tried other like pear install pecl/pdo but still the phpize error. Anybody can help me install pdo mysql correctly? I am installing it on a CentOS 4.3 box running cPanel. Thanks.
