230353 php for mail server problem

The email verification of the website ( only fron the website) goes to SPAM and not INBOX ( yahoo email address ). The server company is saying that the resolution is to build the headers completely . I tried it did not work. I need an php coder with Mailserver expereince , using Mail function. please pm for detals. Please PM the work you done on Mail function. I will select the programmer only if i have the proof that you done similar work before. It is only one hour work : Budget between $ 20 and $ 30. Thank you
