297040 SpamEliminator For outlook/web

I need a spam eliminator program that works by sending an email back to all incoming mail senders. The email will contain either a question or hidden word or text similar to ones used by yahoo. Only incoming mail senders that have successfully responded will be allowed to enter the recipients mail box. The program must be fully combatible with outlook and outlook express. I also want a web based version for people who prefer web based email solutions. I will not accept any canned bids and I will require examples of the type of work you have recently done or I will not consider you for this project. I will be happy to answer any questions you have about the project in the message board. Please supply a demo if you have something like this already done, I will choose someone with a working demo over someone without.
