Google Adwords API Help needed

We want to automate the creation of Google Adwords Advertisements. This will be a database driven add-on to an existing site. The site is written in Classic ASP. You can use ASP.NET to build these functions and the classic ASP site will send users to the .ASPX pages and then back to the classic ASP pages. The server has .NET installed and running. Each function, must be callable from a classic ASP page (this can be done by having each function be its own "page" and have it return to the calling page when finished). The functions that need to be written: 1. create a campaign in a Google Adwords Account ( I will provide the account login) and returns the campaign number for future use. 2. pull information from the database and create a Google Adwords ad using the Google Adwords API. 3. turns off a specific ad from the Google Adwords account using the Google Adwords API. 4. deletes an ad from the Google Adwords Account using the Google Adwords API. You must have ASP.NET experience, ASP experience, SQL Server, Access and Google Adwords API (or other Google API) experience. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
