Online Gaming site

I am going to put in an official bid when I am ready for this work to be done. But for now I need advice as to what exactly is needed in terms of web or application development, the time needed and a rough estimate on the cost. Basically I want to develop a site that is similar to [login to view URL] I want people to be able to join my site, downoad some sort of client app, and then login and play games online. I intent to accept membership payments via a 3rd party like PayPal. However, once membership payment is recieved and accepted, the user should be able to quicky login and participate in the online gaming network. I need advice on what exactly is required before I look at making or accepting bid offers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Looking for the best advice.
