Roster formation of website designers/scripters/coders

Hi free lancers We are a new Indo-US (headquarters-Jaipur,India) internet-based website design and software development company .We are seeking to develop a roster of Developers/Web designers to work on web site design & development projects on as needed basis. Projects involve professional web site design and development of various kinds to fulfill the needs and expectations of our clients. our clients base ranges from small to large organizations. Each Proposer shall submit complete and definitive information on its offering in sufficient detail to permit a complete analysis of the proposal. Each proposal must encompass all experience in design and development of web sites. The proposal shall state a proposed all-inclusive cost to complete a web site project, with a detailed explanation of the tasks, work items and assumptions utilized in setting the proposed cost. Each proposal must include a list of fees and an explanation of those [login to view URL] need a number of people (Designers &Developers) to work part - time or more as freelancers. Selected developers/Designers will work directly with IT staff/Management team of our company. The web site Developers/Designers will need to strictly adhere to company’s web site development/project development process Requirement: website designers/Developers to work as freelance agents and as a team. We are only interested in experienced developers/designers. We are looking for reliable designer/programmers who can handle large volumes of work. List of Skills: Design: Adobe Cs3, CS4, or CS5 proficiency in: Illustrator Photoshop Flash Dreamweaver Actionscript CSS Programming: .NET (c# AND VB) Flex ASP Php Javascript HTML XML Other: Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal/Magneto OsCommerce and/or ECommerce Databases (mysql,mssql,oracle) Payment for work conditional upon acceptance by client.
