School Management Software

We are a big private school (Kindergarten/Primary/Secondary) located in Greece and we want to create a new software to help us in the management of our school. We are already using a custom software written on Delphi that runs on Oracle database but we are not satisfied with the support from our developer, so we want to create something new and improved. The school management software will have to be web-based so anyone can access it from home and cover every aspect of the school processes, simple things like grades and abscences of students till "bridge" with the accounting E.R.P and tasks menu for the school staff. We are open to most programming languages but strongly prefer most modern ones, like and keep in mind that it would be best to try to extract as many things as possible from the current Oracle database so you dont have to start from [login to view URL] in mind that at the end of the project, we want to keep ownership of the source code. For this reason we have created a .pdf file with detailed instructions of how the software should be (it is also used as manual for our current software and describes most of the processes we are interested in) so please ask for it before you place your bid, we will be more than happy to send it tou you and listen to your feedback. The manual is in Greek language and since we consider that this project requires some serious back-and-forth tuning until the final version, we have to limit it to Greek developers. ## Deliverables Full manual with instructions in Greek available for anyone who is interested.
