software engineers

I am looking for software engineers who can code in C#. My preferable skill set is: .NET 2.0 ASP.NET VS 2005 SLQ Server/Express 2005 Knowledge of DevExpress eXpress Persistent Objects (XPO) a massive advantage I will provide development tools if necessary. Coders will be expected to check code into a VSS database as work is ongoing for peer review, and to code test cases as part of the deliverables. I have a wide range of projects in the pipeline, and I am looking for coders I can work with long term, initially on a project by project basis. If mutually acceptable, later this could become full time employment if both parties desire this. Each project will be fully specified and an initial architecture developed by me. This might be a good opportunity for a programmer at the beginning of their career to work with an old hand and gain some experience. The projects are all web based, and knowledge of XML web services will also be an advantage. People in the East Midlands region of the UK will be particularly welcome, as I prefer if possible to meet with the people I work with on occasion! Please respond with details of projects that you have worked on, a CV, two references (these WILL be taken up) and day rate expectations.?? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
