Special Image Control

I need a special Image ASP.Net Server control, written in VB.Net. This control will be similar to the Image control, but will add interactive stretch box, pan, and move features. When rendered the image should also be collapsible to the right, left, top, and bottom of its parent container. A user will interact with the map by selecting a tool for either click, box, pan, or move. When the click tool is chosen and the image is clicked, the control either posts back or calls a client-side function with relative x and y pixel coordinates. When a stretch box tool is chosen and the user drags across the image, the control either posts back or calls a client-side function with relative top and bottom x and y pixel coordinates. Panning the image allows the user to drag the image and the control posts back or calls a client-side function with relative x and y pixel coordinates of the new image. Moving performs a similar function but places the image absolutely on the page and optionally posts back the new coordinates. Each of the tools should be settable on the client or through a server-side enumeration. The control will use external Javascript files and implement IPostBackDataHandler and IPostBackEventHandler. Multiple controls should be able to be placed on the page and operate independently. The control will have a Designer which allows the developer to set the zoom box style (color, line-weight, transparency, etc.) and see the control on the page as it would when rendered. Panning of the control will be possible in both page layout designs. Panning should also be possible within a table. Users should also be able to move the image within a table cell, but not outside. This control should be implementable in all major browsers and provide down-level support for older versions. Note: Interactive functionality will be limited in not JavaScript browsers. This code should make limited (if any) use of the Render method because overriding RenderChildControls is preferred. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Working examples of the code showing implementation of all features. ## Platform 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape and all major browsers. Note: I understand the functionality may be limited with users having down-level HTML support or JavaScript turned off. This control should optimize ViewState and should not be dependent on cookies.
