Folks, I want to create a real estate database driven site and I am looking to find a web developer I can work with on an hourly basis. I have experience in MS Access and Dreamweaver website developement and would like to stick to a dreamweaver front end. The Site: The basic graphical template for the site has already been created. I will need to be able to add/delete/edit properties, upload photos and have a admin section created. The Developer: Developer must have excellent English (reading and writing) and not be too far from GMT. I would also like to be able to use online screen sharing tools like [login to view URL] and skype to communicate. Turnaround times need to be fast. I have no preference for database to be used but I do want site to be hosted with [login to view URL] (their hosting spec can be found here [login to view URL]) Please quote for an initial 5 hour period. Also, please send samples of some previous work. I would be very interested to see previous real estate sites.
