QUICK MAGENTO FIXES!!!

Website: [login to view URL] This is for quick magento fixes list below: 1) news scroll isnt flowing its jumpy 2) disable the shipping in main area (it shows the directory of the files) 3)Radio and forms not aligned in checkout 4) wont go past step 2 in check out 5) if click other radio button it wont go past step 3 6) contact form doesnt send email to the email address 7) Coupons under the admin dont work. 8)need the main pandemic clothing company banner to be a hotlink back to the home page. Need to be able to get to main page from any other page. 9)Can't log out... always logged in... 10) Paypal site should take over after add to cart so payment is secure. Since our site is not secure. 11} Delete compare section... not needed. This is a list of items that are currently not working, if problems occur as a result of these fixes we would need those repaired as well. These should be super quick fixes and our budget is $30.00 thanks!
