Batch Video Processing

We need a bacth video processing system that will automatically manipulate several input video files to produce one final edited output video file. The required processing includes: - merge n video streams from DVR into one using picture in picture and fade/in/out - crop a video stream - select a section of video from a security DVR by start time and end time - add titles to the video So, for example we have 4 security cameras that run 24x7 and are recorded to a DVR. We want to take 6 minutes of video from each say 3:57pm - 4:03pm and merge them into 4 picture-in-picture windows and insert these windows into the live stream from a fifth camera. Then we want to automatically add title with the date, tie and camera name of each camera. We would set up a script or bacth file such as [login to view URL] shown below INPUT1: FULLSCREEN, source=[login to view URL] INPUT2: x=5,y=5, height= 100,width=100, source=[login to view URL], start=3:57pm, end=4:03pm INPUT2: x=200,y=5, height= 100,width=100, source=[login to view URL], start=3:57pm, end=4:03pm INPUT2: x=5,y=200, height= 100,width=100, source=[login to view URL], start=3:57pm, end=4:03pm INPUT2: x=200,y=200, height= 100,width=100, source=[login to view URL], start=3:57pm, end=4:03pm Then we could run the program you will write as [login to view URL] input=[login to view URL] output=[login to view URL] [login to view URL] would merge the five video files into one [login to view URL] We want this written as a series of modular components. Perhaps managemend by Java Script or somehting similar. So, while [login to view URL] is the final goal we need the internals to be highly modular. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must run on Windows XP. I think C# or VB.NET is good but will consider proposals for C++, VB or Delphi Can use .net if required but prefer not.
