Internet Explorer Toolbar

I am looking for a toolbar generator which allows me to create multiple toolbars similar to the [login to view URL] toolbar. There are already toolbar generators like [login to view URL] but the bad thing with this generator is that there is no realtime update check and it is no program that you start and just edit right away. Required features: - dropdown menus - image buttons - search field - Seperators - auto update - message boxes (with custom text) - custom icons per dropdown box How the format of a dropdown could look: Sitename,[login to view URL] About this ToolBar,Text for msg window goes here Check for updates,checks for update and asks to install Attached is a screenshot from an older program.
