Membership based scheduling site

Duplicate existing web site at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and modify site to allow multiple company's to apply for membership and offer their customers the current features of the site and benefits of scheduling. ## Deliverables The new site will need the following listed items added or replaced. There may be additional items that need to be acheived that may not be listed here. The programmer bidding on this project must be aware of the scope of this project and make the buyer aware of any other modifications that will be needed that are not listed here. 1) Remove all references to the existing site including logo,contact info,home page,request a quote, contact us & any embedded code in existing pages. 2) Create a new home page,contacts page, disclaimer page, enrollment application page, membership cancellation page. The programmer will be responsible for all design and layout of these pages. The final product to be approved by the buyer. These pages must be very eye catching and the home page will double as a sales page complete with screen shots and features list of member benefits. 3) Full credit card processing implemation for all credit cards including pay pal service. This will need to include validation and monthly rebilling and cancellation beefits. 4) Add a "Super User" role to the new site that will supercede all users on the site andhave the ability to oversee all activity on the site and disable any member at will. 5) The site will essentially need to duplicate the current features to all new members and allow all new members to add their own customers and items and be filtered to each member by login. 6) The current site has an invoicing system that I would like to be able to offer as an additional feature. So I will need the ability to split this feature from the site and turn this on or off according to the members request for this service. 7) I have a syncronization program for quickbooks hat is a custom program that gets installed on a desktop computer and connects with the database and gets all invoice information from the sites database and updates this with quickbooks. I would like to offer this as an extra service if the member requests invoicing uppon enrollment. If possible I would like this feature to be integrated into the web site. I could provide all code. If this is not possible, I would like the member that requests this service to receive a download link to this program when they are approved for membership. I would like this program stored on the server. I also will need the ability to restrict the program to access the databse if the member becomes inactive. There will also need to be an activity log coded into the site for monitoring of site. 8) create a new logo and layout for the new site. I will provide the new web site name when needed for prgramming. I am in the process of chosing the site name and url. Please make any recommendations on any problems with these requirements or ideas that may improve the expereince for future customers of this site. The programmer will be responsible for implimenting all above noted items and any other items that may be found to be needed in the progress of this project. Any additions can be discussed at the time of discovery. Programmer to install test version of the site on their server for approval prior to installation on buyers server.
