Get a CC payment gateway (for headshop) and integrate in php webshop

I need a payment gateway so costumers can pay with visa/mastercard through a web headshop (selling pipes, vaporizers, digital scales, -- all things are legal) But i have hard time acquiring a domestic supplier for this service for my company (because they say they have ethic terms in there company prevents me from being a costumer) So i got a tips for search for High Risk Merchant account from a international company. I tried some but no sucess, so i hope you can help me! You should also have skills to integrate the payment module to webshop. I have contact with some programmers, so we could work out a deal if you can get the gateway but not are skilled with programming.
