Manage Clients application (4 major tables only)

Application is designed to manage customers and delivery of natural remedies to a customer Each customer has a license to use the remedy, and he gets it one a month The application should help listing all customers, remedy handling, and customer reponses the application will hold data in 4 major tables and a few id-name tables Application should be written in php or java or drupal, (no fancy design is needed, just functional) use a mysql database and installed on the web. application will know how to export its data to a google document (spreadshhet) and import from it upon request. app is quite simple to good coders.
