Any SalesForce.com or SugarCRM experts here?

Do you have [login to view URL] and sugarCRM experience? I'm looking for some help integrating an electronic signature tool into major CRMs. This is a bit early i.e. i still need to refine the specs, but i'm really looking for the right person to work with. If you've done SF, SugarCRM, or other CRM integration tasks, give me a shout and hopefully we can work together. We have a php/mysql web-based software-as-service electronic signature tool... could be just a few bucks for giving one of our coders tips and help, could be a lot of work doing the integration - whatever you prefer. Bottom line is we need to get it done! Please let me know any examples, and which CRMs you've worked with.
