We want to set up a spam removal service like www.spamache.com. Bidder MUST take the free trial [login to view URL] to see how the interface for customers looks like and how the system works before bidding. We need an exact duplication of the site in terms of functions, user setup and management (with secure login) and user interactions on the site. BIDDER MUST recreate the site from scratch, we do not accept spidered pages with identical code. The site must be based on PHP an mySQL and the bidder must set up the site on our server also with install of all neccessary software. The Site must be based upon a central CSS file for the design, fonts and colors and Text must be in separate php include-files. The Spam removal should be based on the following: - spamasassin as the basis - Blacklists from Spamhouse, open relais, aso. - User defined spam words, White and blacklists User must have the possibility to resend mails considered as spam. We need the same functions as in the [login to view URL] login area. Bidder must NOT create payment gateway (credit card processing), system for invoices. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased with the exclusion of software that the spam detection is based upon.
