e-commerce site with admin features

Basically an e-commerce site with administrator panel Admin will be able to add/modify categories/product details, track sales etc. Details described in "Deliverables" section below ## Deliverables PS: For previous bidders, Please not that I have updated descriptions in titles [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] Import ! 1. PRODUCTS Product images and specs will be added by admin panel [6 products per page in a 3 rowsx2 cols layout] There will be a picture associated with the image. The product fields are : - a product pic - product description - product price - click to buy button 2. VISUAL All visual details and source files of the template [PNG/PSD] with fonts will need be provided . The template structure has to approved by mysql prior to purchasing the template. ** I will provide a template PNG file but it needs to be altered considerably, and final PNG should be very different from original 3. AGENTS-FUNDRAISING Admin will create agents and agents will be able to create "sub-agents'. When an item/items are purchased and if agent code is supplied during the purchase, those orders will be trackable both by the agent [sub-agent] and by the admin from the admin panel. Agent commissiions wil be determined by site admin. Sub-agents' commissions will be determined by the main agent [which can not be more than main agents comission]. For ex if admin creates an agent named "Agent A" and provides a commission of 5%, then this "Agent A" can create "sub agents" and can give commission to them with the highest commision being 5%. All purchase results will go to the site administrators account. Admin will use the information provided by the admin panel to distribute the commissions to agents. Agents/sub-agents will be able to login to their accounts and see how many items/total commission received during certain periods [i.e. a specified week/month] Becoming a member/agent is free and done via the web page. Req'd fields for the registration are : o First , last name o Mailing address o Email address o Selected -User/pass o Phone number 4. ORDER METHODS & [login to view URL] INTEGRATION There will be 2 methods for ordering. One method is usual way of adding items to cart and proceeding to checkout. The other method will be "1-click" order where clicking on the appropriate button will proceed to checkout page automatically. [login to view URL] will be used as the payment gateway. Payment procedures and processes will be in accordance with 2checkout's procedures. 5. PRODUCT SEARCH Search will be done in 2 ways : keyword search among product names, and a price search [search from minimum/maximum prices -i.e. search within a price range] 6. CATEGORIES Categories can be infinite levels deep, and they need to be defined by admin panel 7. PRODUCT IMPORT OPTION Admin will be able to import products into to the system by the use of a text file. The format of the file to be imported will have a certain structure and it is essential for the text file to have required fields for a successful import process *** Mass products [i.e. 500-1000] need to be imported from Excel. I can create CSV output from Excel file and this should be imported from admin panel. All product field like product name, price etc will be imported from Excel CSV file. Also product picture names will be written in Excel such as [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] for each product. I will manually upload the images via FTP but the product name relations will be stored in from the image file names I have provided in Excel and the files I have uploaded 8. REFER TO A FRIEND FUNCTION Users will be able to refer an existing product to a friend if they wish so using the "refer to friend" function. This will be sent as an e-mail friend to the specifed froend's mail address 9. INVENTORY TRACKING Products that are sold will be decreased from the stock and inventory will be tracked. So that if an item is "0" in stock it won't be able to be purchased by users 10. STATISTICS Admin will be able to see most clicked categories/products as statistics from the administration panel 11. SPECIALS PAGE 3 products will be promoted on the home page where clicking on the product image will take the user to the detailed product screen and user will be able to add to his cart 12. NEW ARRIVALS PAGE Similar function as in "specials page" - 3 products 13. FEATURED ITEMS PAGE Similar function as in "specials page" - 3 products 15. OTHER SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED - Development to be done by PHP & MySQL - E-commerce software will be installed on the server - A maximum of 50 products will be input into the program -1st time only, additional products may be entered via admin panel ## Platform Linux server PHP MySQL
