Fixing two bugs in live project and a small modification of the frontpage.

1. Pre-1970 fix. Due to a platform update (redhat enterprise) , that doesn’t support negative timestamps we got all the birthdays that are pre-1970 displayed: age: 35 Years. We need the script fixed, in order to display them correct. 2. Mailing: The mailing script is $mime .= "Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64\n";. This works so far, but reading the news in a webmailer (eg Squirellmail) is not possible, due to the encoding. We need a fix for that issue. All the communication is going trough this script, so you have to be 100% certain what you do. 3. Modification of the frontpage. The images you see are moving left(upper line) and right (the line below). A JS is taking the last 10 DB entries of “m?? and “f?? , placing them there. This is at same time the “main?? page (integrated in the system, and is the same after the login). We need a modification of ONLY the frontpage, so we can place images of our choice. It could be done in a matter of a doorway page. We don’t need a special admin for that, just do it the easiest way for you, and easy to handle for us. For example reading the id’s from a text file (randomly). Simply changing the number of the entry is rather complicated, as there are a lot of tables in the DB involved in an account. We need also a simple output somewhere on the top (the green line?) showing the percentage of mail and female users. We need the first two ASAP!, especially the first one and will provide all the scripts needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Enterpsise RedHat The project is entirely php with templates.
