Live feeds from Offshore Sportsbooks

I want a site (and a desktop executable) which gets live feeds from different offshore sportsbooks and present in in real time. Please see the screenshot attached. On top of that I also want a way for the user to be able to bet from that screen itself, by clicking on that line. Its a HUGE project and demands top-notch expertise. Please bid, only if you are confident and only if you know how to do it. That way we wont waste each other's time.
