Menu and php upload class

Hello, I have a web site, with Smarty .tpl created, [[login to view URL]][1] I have 2 problems: 1.I want a menu, a dinamic one, without [login to view URL] existing menu, already created, you must add 2 new links:"Cautare in" :="search in", and "Adaugare anunt la":="Add new".On click on "Cautare in" must appear searching links( that will drive the user to the search forms , belongs to the categories, like now)+ "Adaugare anunt la"link .On click on "Adaugare anunt la"link must appear links to the add forms(+ "Cautare in" link), belongs different categories only if user is logged in, if user is not logged in , these links will drive the user to create account page, already created [login to view URL] links must have the same properties like "Publicati un anunt in aceasta sectiune" links(already created) from every section of my site. For better understanding, of this requirement, please see [[login to view URL]][2] "search"/"offer" menu. [login to view URL]'s an upload problem.I need a PHP script that must create a class,with different image folders,one for each user,to prevent overwritten images from simultaneous uploads. That's 2 problems must working ok in IE and Firefox.
