Newsletter list integration

I have two existing websites that have a newsletter sign-up feature. I am not happy with my current program and would like it replaced with PHPList. I need the old code replaced with the new code on both sites and PHPList should be set up exactly how I want it and should function exactly the way the current e-mail list is functioning.
