Simple PHP Formmail script

Here is what I need. First page: A form in html. (I can do the form) processed by PHP. Once the viewer inputs their information, they are taken to a second page. Both a submit and reset button. Second Page: The information displayed as they entered it for verification. Once they verify the info is correct, they hit a final submit button that sends the info and takes them to a confirmation page. I'm using the scipt for a school website, so funds are limited. Once project is completed, I'll send some money via paypal.
