Small PHP Script for Leasing Site

Here is what I need: 1) When someone fills out the form to add their listing that the PHP script will automatically add the listing to the database and update all the HTML files 2) The ability for the user to edit their listing and have the ability to add on various additions to their listing for a fee paid by PayPal (such as adding a photo ... becomming a feature listing ... etc.) 3) The listings are sorted by the newest to the oldest 4) An easy way for me to delete listings 5) The ability to have more than one city listed that they can choose from to search their listings, which is also easy for me to add/delete. ... those are just a few. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Needs to work on a PHP and MySQL (if needed) server.
