WEBSITE DESIGN WITH ADMIN

I require a website created with a admin section - I have outlined everything in the attached PDF. I have also included a basic layout. Please provide samples of previous sites, I do expect the design to look nicer, same general style and feel, it must look like a professional site template ie. little fine design elements including shadowing etc to improve the site idea will be needed. Stage 1. We will require a one page mock up, this can be a .jpg showing us what the site will look like. Ie. using the same layout we have, just clean it up and make it look professional. Stage 2. Create and code the site. 2.5 weeks is the deadline a bonus of $50 will be given if you finish in under 2 weeks (look at my ratings if you are unsure) Thank you in advance - good luck.
