Hi I have a website and i need to do web forms there. 1. CONTACT US - [login to view URL] fully functional form - all info going to e-mail - max 2000 characters. 2. [login to view URL] - - if entered info is incorrect or something wrong somewhere in the fileds , we have got instantly in red PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FIELD! - between 3 and 4 field enter new field URGENCY (How many days you give us to execute this order ?More time =less price.) and near small field with just 3 characters max. - change patcha on on clear like in limeexchange or someting like that. - in field 6 must be stars and next filed Please confirm e-mail. - if code is incorect - - nice mistake Incorrect code - please ense come back and enright code - All info is saved in forms except code patcha - All info must saved in excel [login to view URL] each submit one [login to view URL] must be nice ,simple and unstandable . It goes to my e-mail with subject FROM: (his e-mail) - and than he he got thank you page ( i have it) 3. [login to view URL] till [login to view URL] - if entered info is incorrect or something wrong somewhere in the fileds , we have got instantly in red PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FIELD! - [login to view URL] at bottom of page change and correct some grammatical mistake (i have everything) - All info must saved in excel [login to view URL] each submit one [login to view URL] must be nice ,simple and unstandable . It goes to my e-mail with file's name first name _ last name who comleted this fields. - and than he he got thank you page ( i have it)

a little php and maybe html/css is all that is needed to do this. php to send the forms like you want, html to make the form and css to make the form look how you want so it doesn't have the boring grey buttons and can perhaps be lined up nice in a table.a
