ebay api flash and php, fix previous programmers issues

the last programmer who did this job is not completing it promptly enough and only did 99.9% of the job. I need someone who can finish up the .1 % that is not done. It is a backend ebay launcher in php, that creates listings for ebay in admin. Issues are that we don't know how it is generating titles, and there prices of things are wierd characters. The program was working, in sandbox on ebay but now it is not, so maybe credentials need to be fixed. This is about a 2 hour job, not a big thing but you need to know what you are doing and have proof you have done similar before you waste any time.
