Effective design for Site

We need an effective design for a Tarot site. The template has to be unique, and visually appealing. It should give the visitors an experience- such as stars trailing from the mouse. We will require you to use flash whenever possible to enhance the design and make it visually appealing. 1. Black background & some transparent images will be there (the image which suites you, you can give), sometimes some stars will sparkle here & there on the image (as the images are of magic). Need top, bottom, Left and right margin. Images can not be copyrighted. 2. There is a banner on the top of the page. I want a golden light whizzing once round the banner while it opens. I attached previous site’s banner ([login to view URL]), like to use similar font, what has been used in my banner (that says The Tarot Technique), sadly I don't have this font on my computer. If it is not possible for you then you can use ‘Bangle’. 3 Menus: Home, Learn Tarot, Tarot Decks, Testimonials, Tarot Travellers. Menus can be increased and there can be submenu. 5. For Tarot Travellers menu, we need a flash animation (with FLA source). All the person will see is the back of 22 cards laid out in a fan, that are identical, if we have the cards visually riffling it is only the back of the card images they will see - which actually has no relation to what is happening as the 22 titles are randomly rolling until the point they hit one of the cards. At which point which ever card it was up, would reveal itself in full image, with the meaning also loaded down for them. Basically each card has a meaning, it is randomly shuffling, once you hit a card, it will reveal what it is, and there is a meaning attached to the card. I have attached all cards images. This is a real simple animation- cards shuffle- click on card- displays card with its full image and meaning. That’s all. Let me know if you have any questions. 6. A header & footer.
