232547 Flash Documents Conversion

What we need is a converter which can on the fly convert documents like doc/txt/pdf/docx to swf format (ala flash paper 2 / print2flash) on the fly. The script must be based on php. It will search a particular directory for such files and then start converting them. Once successfully converted, the source files shud be deleted. Other features of conversion that need to be incorporated are. --- watermarking the documents. --- the document should be searchable and browsable by jumping to different page no.s --- and if possible features like disabling right click, disable print function, text selection, etc --- brandable with site logo on top. --- including the basic features of conversion. Only programmers who have earlier experience in this and are capable of handling such projects and completing them in time specified, should be bidding. Bidders who show a similar work done before by them will have the edge. Bid reasonably. Payment will be by escrow only and the first escrow payment will be only made after considerable work done(30-40%). (I had pretty bad experiences on this on other freelancing sites) Looking for a long term relationship and assistance in other projects too. Regards.
