Flash - logo rotator

Hello, I need a total of 16 logos provided in the attachment to be made into a flash Carousel similar to the one found at the bottom of the page on: www dot fleetone dot com It will need to run on a LAMP server. In the above example, clicking on a logo shows a pop up box with a description. That functionality is NOT needed. No on click action required. I will need the code and any files necessary to embed the flash carousel into a php page so that it displays properly.
