Joomla Template with Intro Flash for Recycling Company

We would like a design in Joomla for a recycling corporation in Greece. The site will not have any content in it, just the delivery of the template and the flash. The company profile : It is a big semi-Public company that gets rid of garbage, recycles garbage and makes income out of it. It has some big recycling units in 4-5 places in our location, (we will provide you with map photos). It has a lot of trucks that move the garbage from the town to the recycling factories and sub-factories. To be more specific. The delivery of the project will be a zip file with the following. - The .swf and .fla file of the introduction so that we will translate only the text. The Introduction must be something well designed that will have to do with recycling matters. As you understand we want something generic with the flash intro, and some neat texts that we will translate. - the joomla template where the upper part will have a little flash that will not be very large, as it will be make the surfer get tired. We want a neat color combination. The buttons of the template will not be on the top, as we do not know how much content we will put in the site. On the top of the joomla template there will only be a nice picture with little flash in it so that it will be slightly animated. - We do not want you to get involved with anything else (hosting, configuring of Joomla etc) - The hosting will be made from us - You will show us your work in a demo server and when we will agree you will send us the ZIP file and when everything will be ok you will be paid. - We want the template to be compatible with Greek. We found some interesting templates under 100$ from sites such as monstertemplate, and we don't care if you use as a basis something ready, as long as we are satisfied
