Need professional website done for real estate

Hello i need a professional website done for real [login to view URL] should be in flash. I added some screeenshots how it should look like (structure) The house on the Footer should look like an average house from europe not from US The "For sale" should popup from down via flash and on the left corner a red box lightening with red colour "just for 99$" Under the footer there should be two big buttons (sell/rent) with diffrent colours like added on screenshot as example. Under these 2 banners there is a big field where i can enter the salesletter.I can add as many sites as i want to the [login to view URL] will from from site 1 to 2 to 3 etc. Under that salesletter is a big register now link Under these there will be a string with all logos from our cooperationspartner which will move.I will be able to add unlimited images from cooperration partners Please add at top right site a small login and register button. Create registerpage where people have to enter firstname,lastname,email After registration/login they go to the memberarea which should look nice and where they can see their history of purchase and if its done or not and where people have to fill out information about their real estate which i will provide to the [login to view URL] need to be able to add a text and after saving all it should be stored into a database. There should be a button on the memberarea which showes if work is done or [login to view URL] will get this info from the database. After entering their info and saving they will be redirected to a page with the cost where they click pay [login to view URL] getting redirected to the biller and paying they will be redirected to a landingpage which says thank your for your purchase etc. the screenshots are just a structur i want.I want that the website looks really awesome and professional and am willing to spent more money for it if done AAA+
